Position: Fleet Maintenance Lead

Type: Full-time

Location: Lloydminster

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Primarily responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all company equipment
  • Schedule repairs (internal and external) on all company equipment.
  • Confer with Parts & Service Manager / Operations Manager regarding all repairs and the extent of repairs necessary.
  • Order material / parts to complete repairs
  • Ensure the repairs remain within budget requirements.
  • Process vendor invoices to ensure proper and prompt payment.
  • Responsible to ensure all work is completed in a safe manner.
  • Aid in providing training to workers.
  • Provide an environment of learning, support, and respect.
  • Prepare work orders for equipment repair
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
