Loader Operator - Lloydminster, AB
Operate loading equipment safely while supporting yard operations, inventory control, and customer service.
B&R Eckel’s is a Canadian transportation company with terminals in Bonnyville, Lloydminster, and Nisku. Since 1965, our experienced team has delivered dependable service for a wide range of transportation needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload customer product.
- Rack and tally customer product in the terminal.
- Supervise a crew of two other workers (swampers).
- Ensure the safety of all workers in the assigned work area.
- Support terminal personnel so inventory control and customer service functions are completed on time.
- Comply with each customer’s reporting requirements.
- Assist with daily, semi-annual, and annual inventory counts.
- Assist with other department activities assigned by the supervisor.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Operate loaders, graders, crawler tractors, and other machinery as required. Current equipment certification is required.
- Keep all company-required training current.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- At least one year of experience in yard operations.
- Certification to operate a loader.
- Demonstrated safe work practices.
- Strong documentation skills.
