Fleet Maintenance Supervisor - Multiple Locations
Supervise Fleet Maintenance Leads and shop operations across B&R Eckel’s terminals, including equipment upkeep, repair scheduling, and travel between locations as required.

We value our employees and provide the tools, training, and workplace support they need to succeed. We are currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all shops and Fleet Maintenance Leads. This position may be based at any of our locations, and travel between shops may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of company equipment across all shops.
- Supervise and support Fleet Maintenance Leads at each location.
- Coordinate shop operations so repairs, parts, work orders, and documentation stay consistent across terminals.
- Schedule and oversee internal and external repairs on company equipment.
- Confer with the Parts & Service Manager / Operations Manager regarding repairs and the extent of work required.
- Oversee material and parts ordering so shops have what they need to complete repairs.
- Ensure repairs remain within budget requirements across all shops.
- Oversee vendor invoice processing to ensure proper and prompt payment.
- Ensure all shop work is completed in a safe manner.
- Direct training for shop personnel and support an environment of learning, support, and respect.
- Ensure work orders and maintenance documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed at every shop.
- Travel between locations as required.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to supervise Fleet Maintenance Leads and shop teams across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel between B&R Eckel’s shops as required.
- Valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record.
