Fleet Maintenance Lead - Lloydminster, AB

Lead the upkeep and maintenance of company equipment at the Lloydminster terminal, including scheduling repairs, ordering parts, and keeping work orders and vendor invoices on track.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all company equipment.
  • Schedule repairs (internal and external) on all company equipment.
  • Confer with the Parts & Service Manager / Operations Manager regarding all repairs and the extent of repairs necessary.
  • Order material and parts to complete repairs.
  • Ensure the repairs remain within budget requirements.
  • Process vendor invoices to ensure proper and prompt payment.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner.
  • Aid in providing training to workers.
  • Provide an environment of learning, support, and respect.
  • Prepare work orders for equipment repair.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
